Lunar eclipses are among the most beautiful events in the starry sky. But the lunar eclipse of March 3, 2007 was something special. The atmosphere of that night was unique, as the full moon first appeared ghostly out of the haze, only to rise solemnly into the clear sky. I can understand very well that such events have impressed us very much at all times. At that time I really wanted to photograph the lunar eclipse as a series of pictures to capture all phases of the eclipse. This strange mood also gave rise to this soundtrack in my head, which for many years only slumbered very rudimentarily in my collection of ideas. I finally worked out the soundtrack and turned the picture series into a film. Of course, I do not want to withhold both from you. In 80 minutes, the entire lunar eclipse can be relived. I wish you much joy at this outstanding event.
